How can I increase the quality of flowplayer videos?

This page has a series of videos and I’m trying to find a way to make the quality better. I have the original movies which are good quality, but flowplayer or flash has compressed them into low quality.

How can I increase the quality of these videos? Did I miss some setting with compression? Do I need to re-compress them in high quality using flash first?

Edit: sorry I’m an idiot and didn’t read your entire question. You may want to try to upload the video files to another video sharing site such as Youtube or Vimeo. You can upload HD videos on youtube (I think you have to pay for Vimeo) but depending on your source files, they should be pretty high quality.
