Japanese or Chinese would help you work in those countries/with those countries. Japan and China have large animation traditions so it makes sense to learn those languages.

I would say Japanese would be most useful

I’m going to say French. If you’re doing a course in Animation and Multimedia, you’re probably going to find your work in animation effects as pertains to web development and short video, adding or creating effects to commercials and videos. German and French would be much easier to learn, and would make you employed much faster.

You might want to brush up on your english too, but it would depend on what type of animation you are most interested in. Your looking to be an animator, or just graphic design? Not to dishearten you, but to go and learn Japanese so that you can learn to do anime is a long and winding road. Talk about being up for a challenge. Each one of those languages are connected to their own style of animation, why not english, that tends to be rather diverse in style, just like americans. I have no idea what I just wrote.
