How to shrink video file and save it to HDD ?

So I made a few recordings using my iPhone , turns out they are too big to send in an email . I know I could use sendthisfile.com ,I would rather send the file directly and not via another party .My email provider says files must be under 10MB , I heard about DVDShrink but everywhere i find the thing it asks me to do a ’ free virus scan first ’ .

I would split the file. This guide should show you how.

Ok thanks , I followed those instructions but where it says i can select file size . It doesnt show me that option to select 10MB it shows floppy disk , cd , dvd .
