Can a car pass inspection in the state of Texas with a missing outside mirror on the drivers side and a crack in the middle of the windshield?

I’m in Texas, Goldielocks6138, and I doubt you’d pass. May depend on how lenient a particular inspection station is, but those sound like deal-breaking issues.

I would hope no one would try to drive with a missing outside mirror, especially on the drivers side, unless they absolutely had to. So I don’t think it would pass inspection.
