If I post a song on my tumblr does that count as Fair Use?

As long as I don’t take credit for or profit off if it, is posting a song on my Tumblr protected under Fair Use?

I can’t tell you if it is or is not in terms of the law, but I can tell you that not once in 2 years of using Tumblr have I ever seen an audio post removed or blocked because it was considered an infringement of fair use or any law.

So go for it.
