Does someone know where this 80's toy is from?

I was doing some research about 80’s toys for another question here. I saw a picture of a toy that I loved when I was a kid, but there’s no description of what or where it’s from. All I can imagine is my tiny self just pushing the top part up and down. Is it from a tv show or is it just a regular toy?

@muppetish I love you for finding that out. I couldn’t picture the people that went with it when I was trying to remember it. I first thought of the Keebler elves, but that didn’t make any sense. You’ve turned me into a 5 year old again. :)

Aw, I’m more than happy to oblige :) My older brother had a decent collection of Weebles when he was a kid. He hated them because they wouldn’t stay down.

I am an extremely unlikely person to answer this as Im a 34 yr old guy :/ ... just happened upon this….. My neighbor had this toy when we were kids, I’m pretty sure it’s Sylvanian families. I could be wrong.
