Recovering deleted text on mobile phones is depends on the location og the text. If the text is located at the simcard and you deleted it, its permanently deleted. But if the text is located at the phone memory or Memory card, you can recovered it by using recovery software programs

If you have a back up of your iphone in itunes from before you deleted the texts then you could restore the phone from that backup (the equivalent of rolling back time) but you would probably lose a lot of more recent data.

If you have an iCloud backup, you can also recover them from your iCloud backup file.
