How much do people charge for tutoring these days?

I’m thinking about tutoring Spanish for jr. high and high school children. I used to tutor math 25 years ago, I have no idea what the going rates are. Also, how long does the tutor typically spend with the student in one session? One hour, an hour and a half? Twice a week?
