Any suggestions for my 18th anniversary?

As you might know after 15 there is no recommendations by the official wedding anniversary people until 20. Since this will be my 18th, I was thinking get something for my husband with chai on it, since 18 is so symbolic and lucky in Judaism. All I can find is necklace charms and t-shirts, I am not thrilled with either. I did some googling, but am not coming up with anything perfect or original. I will be in NYC if anyone knows a store there I should check out.

Any other ideas for 18, does not have to be based on Judaism or Hebrew, is appreciated.
