Could you tell a real zombie from a hollywood zombie?

So, one fine day you wake up to the forlorn cries of zombies. You look out your windows and it looks like they are filming the Thriller on your front porch. You live near a biological sciences laboratory, so it isn’t exactly impossible that this could occur, and at least one zombie has on a labcoat.

There are no cameras though, and no zombies standing around smoking or discussing current events. So it is one of two things: actual undead zombies are attacking your home, or you are being filmed for punked/candid camera/scare tactics etc.

You train your eye on the Zombies’ flesh. At 3 feet distance it doesn’t look like makeup.

Two scenarios, could you tell which one was really happening?
