I balled my watermellon, now what do I do with all the scraps?

You know, not had sex with the thing, but made pretty little balls (really they are far from perfectly round) to put back into the carved out watermellon. If you have ever done this you get a ton of scraps and juice left over. A waste really.

So what can I do with those little pieces and all that extra juice? Can I make a sorbet? Or, a cocktail? Just throw it out? Well, I won’t throw it out, I’ll eat it, but something creative might be fun. I’ll have left over canteloupe eventually also.
