Have any good recipes made with white wine?

I just opened a bottle of white wine for a recipe, and my husband and I don’t drink wine typically, so I want to try to use it up before it goes bad in some other dishes.

Nothing with lots of butter or cream please, although ok if it has a small amount.

Also, I am willing to entertain some sort of drink cocktail type spritzer concoction, not consuming much alcohol in the end, thing.
