[NSFW] Emetophilia, could it ever be this easy?

This paraphilia came up again with this week’s TGIF SFW/NSFW bi-question (on the NSFW version, or course). When I first asked a SFW/NSFW question, I thought it would be a rarity. It seemed nearly impossible I’d have more than one or two to ask. But my brain must have gone to work on the idea, because suddenly, a whole flood of them spewed forth. That leaves me full to overflowing with NSFW questions which definitely have no SFW counterparts. So TGIW (Thank Goodness It’s the Weekend). Saturday’s can be for stand alone NSFW questions till I have no more begging to erupt, or till you’re all sick of them.

Google must have reacted to my earlier research on all paraphilias before giving this answer or perhaps it was for the original research on this question. Whatever the cause, my daily email from Google with their YouTube suggestions included this short video which quite forcefully brings up the forbidden fruit of Roman showers. Could the love life of a true emetophile ever be this easy? Or is it a paraphilia that is almost always enjoyed solo?
