Doesn't this prove that Obamacare is hurting workers, getting more moved to part time.

This news about the US part-time workforce just came out today. So Ted Cruz is obviously right about how Obamacare is getting everybody moved to part time work and causing insurance premiums everywhere to skyrocket. Right—but only in the evidence free zone the rabid right inhabits, that is. How is such an obvious demigod (note the snarling curl or the upper lip) able to con so many people? Is it just due to their visceral hatred of Obama?
