Gun versus toilet. Do we need to outlaw toilets?

An interesting article today about legal gun owners, guns in schools, and responsibility.
Since gun owners are never at fault (remember guns don’t shoot toilets, toilets shoot themselves), is it time to regulate toilets in public schools, so that gun owners don’t get hurt when the toilet breaks from the gunshot.
Of course, the gun lobby will say “she’s not trained, she’s not a good example of a responsible gun owner” – but that’s not true in this case.
The only good to come of this is that this teacher will feel like an idiot each time she has to explain why she is wearing those bandages – “The toilet exploded when I shot it by mistake.”
