Now that mayonnaise comes in a squeeze jar, how do you deal with the considerable amount left after it just won't squeeze out anymore?

It’s not like Ketchup which is thinner so not that much gets left.

With mayo, it’s a hefty amount to just go to waste. Have you found any solution you’d like to share? Or do you just chuck it in the garbage and don’t worry about how much gets wasted?

I usually will keep it in the fridge until the next time I make either tuna, chicken or macaroni salad. Then I dilute it with just a little bit of water, lemon or orange juice so that most of it will pour out easily. This enables me to be able to utilize it.

It works particularly well with macaroni because pasta absorbs so much liquid that it prevents having to add even more mayo to make up for it.

So, what do you do?
