How do I integrate (sinx)^4 with limits 0 to pi?

is tried substitution.
let t=sin^4x
but the limits turn out to be 0 to 0 which is wrong
can you please clarify this doubt

It’s all about the identities that @Mariah linked. You may have to manipulate the sin^4(x) quite a lot before you get it into a form that looks integrable.
