What would you do in this situation? (Genetic / DNA Testing)

No, this hasn’t happened to me. I heard an ad for 23 and Me and my mind started working..

Suppose you paid for one of those genetic tests (23 and Me being one, but there are others in the market.)

Further suppose that the results were totally the opposite of what your parents had told you.

I’m assuming, of course, that the genetic testing is going to be accurate.

How would you handle the conflict between your results and history?
