All these old white guys are having to resign because of their sexual misbehavior in the past. What will this do their future employability?

Take this guy Oreskes, who just resigned from NPR; he was accused of sexual harassment 20 years ago.
I imagine that a lot of these guys have mortgages, families, college tuition to pay, and so on and so forth. Just like the women they are accused of harassing.
What will these accusations do to their future ability to find jobs?
