Does decaf instant tea act as a diuretic?

I’m pretty sure decaf tea made the real way with a tea bag is a diuretic, but I don’t know if the instant stuff has the same properties.

I tried googling and a lot of what came up was questionable whether it was reliable.

I’m trying to lower my blood pressure naturally.

Any other foods or drinks you want to suggest?
