What Should I Expect After Going off Bedtime Benedryl , 25-50mg, after a year?

I didn’t think I could do it or that I’d get insomnia but it’s like I never took it . Never once took more than 50mg and am sleeping just fine. What side effects might I experience after laying off it for four nights?

None. As long as you’re sleeping fine, you’ll have no side effects. The only ones I could imagine are rebound insomnia and you say you’re not having that so sleep and enjoy it.

I use a Benedryl knock off most nights. If I run out it may be weeks before I bother to get more. It doesn’t bother me.
The only thing they really do is convince me that “Yes, you do need to go to bed NOW.” If not, I’d stay up way later than I should. I’m just wired that way.
