What conclusions would you draw from this description of a hotel?

Here’s what it said on their web site:

“Unpretentious rooms in an informal budget hotel offering complimentary breakfast, parking & Wi-Fi.”

My conclusion was “cheap and shabby”.

What would you read into it?
