Regarding the recent rash of antisemitic attacks, are the attacks connected?

There have been several antisemitic attacks recently in NJ and NY, and the little I’ve read they were all during Chanukah, and the couple people who I saw were arrested were African American.
Have all the perpetrators been African American? Have any of them talked about it all being organized and connected? Have they said why they targeted Jewish people?
