I’ve noticed as I age that my ability to digest books is much different than my early years.
It takes some discipline to be a competent reader.
For instance, have you ever read multiple paragraphs, and not really comprehended one word due to your mind wandering?
Is there book yoga? Is there a meditative practice someone has already designed to help prepare the mind for reading comprehension.
