Related to "occupations" question: If you were writing an educational curriculum for training serial killers, what would you include?

Related to this question asked earlier today.

What ought to be included in a curriculum? Methods and efficiency? Cost effectiveness?

Who would teach such a course? How do you identify experienced instructors? Or are movies good enough?

How would field work / internships be handled? On what basis would grades be assigned?

And most importantly, if you do graduate from such a course, do you get a job working for a government agency, or do you free-lance?
