Have you had a bad experience with Uber Eats?

Hey, Jelly-pals! Last week, a created an account so that I could redeem a gift voucher of $25. Uber Eats charged for the exact same meal 2X. I ordered once, and I received one delivery, but there’s a double billing on my debit card.

I’ve been going back-and-forth with customer service, attempting to get my refund. I keep getting boilerplate answers that are contradictory, trying to shift the blame to me.

This $25 gift has turned into something frustrating and expensive. All I want to do is resolve my problem and then immediately cancel my account. Has anyone had a similarly bad experience with Uber Eats?
