What if the court cases against Trump had been brought a couple of years ago?

Would that have been better? Wouldn’t have to be all at once, but what about all of these charges finally being brought now within weeks of each other? They all just happen to get it together around the same time a few years later?
What do you think the political implications are of the indictments happening now rather than two years ago.
Side question: are the various prosecutors allowed to share evidence and testimony from depositions?
