What are some respectable public Interior Design programs?

Asked by tonedef (3930points) September 24th, 2008

My boyfriend is looking into interior design programs, but can only seem to find Design Schools that charge a $100k+. Are there any public universities with decent interior design undergraduate degrees? Less expensive design school alternatives? Thanks!

http://www.design.ucla.edu/ But it really depends on where you live. If you live in California you can get in state tuition.

There are design courses that are offered as Adult Education programs, and most colleges & universities allow folks to audit courses, for a reduced tuition fee.
