How do I get rid of this dang dandruff?

K, I have not gone to the dermatologist yet, but I am really trying to avoid that if I can. Does the fact that this dandruff won’t respond to OTC stuff mean that I have parkinsons??? What are the chances of that? Anyone have any tricks/recommendations before I turn this over to the butchers(doctors, lol j/k).
