Do you think it is hypocritical to utilize a loophole or law that you don't agree with?

For instance, I am generally against affirmative action, but if I had kids and they could use their Hispanic status to have an advantage I would use it. Although, if it came to a vote I would vote my conscience, not vote for personal gain.

I also think taxes should be raised while we deal with the federal deficit, but I am not going to pay more money to the government then the IRS requires at this time.

I hate the spending some companies do entertaining clients, but if I was offered a vacation by a company or am given freebees I probably would not turn it/them down.

How do you feel about things like this? What do you do?
