How do I clean water droplet marks off my glass shower wall?

We have a new shower with a curved glass wall. It has no soap scum on it, but I have tried to clean it with scrubbing bubbles and other products which clean away soap scum. But nothing touches the wall of water droplets that fill the glass. Does anyone have any ideas?
