Anybody else having issues with iTunes at the moment?

So am using the iPhone to visit the AppStore , I went to update an app and download a free app . I entered my password correctly AppStore auto saves the username/email address.
But each time me or my partner ( on her phone too) it keeps saying username couldn’t be found or password is wrong, as for the icon of the new app it is grey and saying waiting. We have tried downloading the same and different apps to see what happens , the same thing over and over again don’t have the ability to check anything out on a proper computer at present .
