NSFW How to get rid of a swollen vein on the penis...?

Alrighty. Feeling weird for asking this on the internet, but that the heck. A while ago (like, two-three weeks, give or take), after some, (normal) masturbation, I developed a hard vein on my penis. It’s hard to describe, good thing I’m good with words. (sarcasm)

I can feel it (on the top side of the penis from my point of view) when it’s not erected, and even more when it is. I doubt it’s normal since it was never there. It’s like, a milimeter to the left of the center, taking up about ⅓ of the penis lenght (when not erected). It’s thin, and I never (never, ever) felt any pain. Not even when I masturbate. It’s just there. It’s not swollen, you can hardly even see it, but it’s there.

All functions have been normal ever since, so I’m pretty confused. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Fluther. It’s possible that you have veins that roll, and that this one has moved from it’s normal position to where you can now feel it. If you’re not having any discoloration, swelling, discomfort or any change in function, you probably have nothing to worry about.

If it doesn’t return to normal in a week or so, check in with your doctor. It’s possible to get a varicose vein in your penis, which would produce the symptoms you describe.

If it were a nerve, you would feel pain.

Yeah. I should give it some rest. It’s just, if there were pain, I’d go to a doctor ASAP, but, it’s nothing. Just, strange.
