you don’t own a curling iron?
and if you do have to use a straightener (which I wouldnt) is it one of those really thin/small ones? because if its those big clunky straightners then atempting to curl your hair will just look like a mess with lines/creases in your hair. then you will have to straighten those lines out, and thats when a straightener comes into play. :)

you arent stupid, love. Loraina that was a rude thing to say. My sister just asked the same question the other day, and YES, you can curl your hair with a straightener. technology is great these days, they’ve come up with a straightener/curling iron in one kinda deal.

Wrap something non flammible on the outside and wrap your hair around like you are curling your hair

its really easy, I think its easier than a curling iron, make sure you use small pieces of hair no more than an inch wide, start from the bottom of your head and work your way up, pinch the hair between the iron and twist!
