Does wearing zebra print skirt and pink top look cheap?

Cheap or slutty? Which look do you want? I think it could look a little slutty in a cute way; if you want to look more classy, a black top would be the way to go.

If you have to ask it probably will. I would probably steer clear of hot pink or zebra if I was going for classy. What about a pencil skirt?

Pink heels….zebra print….and more pink. I hate to say it but yes I think it has the potential to look cheap.
