How many times can a teenage boy call in one hour?

Asked by cak (15863points) March 25th, 2011

Is &^%R$ home? No, she isn’t. She will be back later, sometime after 10pm. May I call her after she gets home? No, we usually as for calls to stop around 10pm. You may text her, but keep it brief.
Ok, thank you.

I swear, not even 5 minutes later, he called…again. Same conversation. Again 15 minutes later and yet another time.

Do teenager boys lose all sense of time when it comes to girls?

Oh, Mrs. %^$&*&^ what is a good time to call in the morning? Nothing before 9am. She’s not an early riser and 9 is pushing it, as far as she is concerned. I swear. If he calls earlier, I’m disconecting the phone.

Ahh! Young love. But he is a litte obsessive, nip it in the bud and set your boundries before it gets out of hand. I’m glad those days are over.;-)

This kid is going to drive me crazy. I think my daughter is avoiding him and using the mom tactic. So wrong!

Poor young man! She will not outwait him, and should just tell him that her father won’t let her date.

I’ll bet if you start to flirt with him on the phone it’ll shut him down in a quick hurry.

PM me with your phone number; I’ll call, and you can practice on me.

Kid sounds like a loser. No offense, but if he has nothing better to do than call your house repeatedly, then why would your daughter want to talk to him anyway. She obviously has a life if she’s out past ten…

42.

Actually, they can technically call more often than that, but they generally have the decency to leave at least a minute between calls, plus a few seconds to redial and then wait for you to answer.

If that ever happened to me I would think that guy has no life and just tell him to stop calling. Probably if she’s out past ten and he’s just sitting at home trying to call her, she’s not very interested in him.

Don’t get in the way of a teenage boy trying to get laid lol. Just kidding, but the guy is probably a little needy or something.

“Hi Mrs. Cak. Is your daughter home?”

“Hi Billy. No she’s not and if you call this house again I will come to your house and kill you in your sleep. Now have a nice evening dea.”

@Way Cy: sounds like a plan!
@Jerv : I have little patience for annoying teenage boys. 42? Yeah, that will drive me into crazyland.
@Blackberry: I’m her mom! I have to get in the way!! He’s a lot needy!!
@cprevite: I like how you think.

aw you must have a beautiful daughter :) she should just be straight up and tell him she’s not interested.

Luckily for me, she is pretty straight up. I just never realized the persistence a young guy could have!
