Which of the social networking sites do you think is the best and why?

Fluther is the best of any. All of the people here are actually intelligent and humorous.

I hate myspace and facebook.. I mostly use last.fm

I feel similarly as johnpowell…(although hate is such a strong word). Mostly because I still don’t understand the objective of having myspace or facebook (fair enough, myspace for artists promoting their stuff…but others?)....

I don’t really use other than Fluther, but I have been on the look-out for something where the posts don’t have to be in the shape of a question – anyone got any good suggestions?

Twitter is sort of different. The posts are 140 characters and are all answering the question “What are you doing right now?”

I also really like Pownce, at least the concept of it, where you can link to all your other networking identities in one place. I use Twitter a little too much now, but only because I find it to be really funny and a good waste of time. Last.fm has also proven to be a really good resource for finding new music and like-minded individuals.
