How to retouch photos?

I found a great picture of me except my face is horribly greasy!!!! Is there any good sites that could just edit pictures for me? Fix flaws, colors and such. Thank you!

I don’t know of any such site, and if you told my of one, my first instinct would be to doubt its capabilities.

What you need is photo editing software. Ideally you want Adobe photoshop, but if you don’t have $1000 to spend right now, then you will probably like THE GIMP more instead. It’s just as good as photoshop (if you are a beginner at photo editing).

I don’t know of any websites, but as @poisonedantidote said, GIMP is a good program. I also liked Paint Shop Pro, if you can afford a paid program.
