How exactly the body works so that when we workout, our body produces some kind of chemicals that allow us to feel less pain?

I suffer from RA Rheumatism Arthritis and every doctor I’ve been to recommends me not to exercise. However, now that I am exercising regularly, I feel less pain

When you exercise the brain releases endorphins into the system. Endorphins make you happy and can numb pain. these are the same things that are released when you take cocaine or ecstasy. They can also be produced from eating chocolate, although the safest healthiest way is to just exercise.
