I am Snuggle Bunny and my partner is Cuddle Puppy. (I swear we aren’t that disgustingly cute. It stated off as a bit of silliness and then it just stuck.)

Coming back to my answer: I just learned after I asked my girlfriend for the correct spelling that 7 out of 10 times, it is said in an ironically manner….

the love of my life called me Sally from the Peanuts because I would quote her when I said “I was robbed” I didn’t even know where it came from but he did and we watched the great pumpkin charlie brown so he could show me where it was. I laughed so hard….. I still couldn’t believe I picked it up from the movie when I was a kid and never knew it.

we really need @KateTheGreat to voice her response to a question like this

KateTheGreat's avatar

Well, I really like “slave”, but “hunny bunny” is pretty cute too.

DrBill's avatar

I knew you like slave, and kitten, but I did not know about hunny bunny

Not really a nick name, but Cherie

Supacase's avatar

None! I wish he would use my name once in a while. The only time he ever says it is when we’re fighting and then he ends every sentence with a sarcastic, “Supacase.” Pisses me off no end.

I thought is was great when she would call me “stupid fuck” but she quit doing that quite some time ago. Memories.

King_Pariah's avatar

Never had a partner who gave me a nickname that stuck, but a former friend now pleasant memory gave me one that i cherish. Mon ocean tranquille. :)

When we first met & for a good few years she called me shnookums, soppy bitch XD
After nineteen years we just call each other pet, hinny or love, much more restrained & yes….sane ;¬}

Jellie's avatar

@ucme don’t know why I expected you to have some crazy, cute pet name for your SO lol. Too restrained.

Stinley's avatar

It’s even worse @Jellie, he’s from NE England where pet is used by everyone. Have a nice day, pet.

ucme's avatar

I forgot the two that my dad is fond of. My actual birth name is Michelle, but my dad is fond of Mitch. He also calls me Ralph, and I haven’t got the slightest idea why. He is the ONLY person that can call me Ralph and live to tell about it! (OK, I know I might have just opened a can of worms! ;O) )
