Where can I find a trapeze dress pattern for gils between the ages of 5-9?

I am going to have my jr. bridesmaid/ flower girls dresses made and I need a pattern. No waist seams.

I was going to suggest Joanne’s fabrics, but I see Cheebdragon beat me to it! Our Michaels doesn’t have fabric or patterns, but Walmart is also a good option.
