My purple kitchen sponge that went missing during a wine sipping slice and dice dinner prep one night. Turned up in the freezer the next day. lol
I have also lost a set of new sheets, WTF? Where are they? How do you lose sheets?
No, they are not in the freezer. haha

Stolen x-ray machine located in the basement of a hospital.

Guy disassembled it piece by pience from Vanderbilt Hospital and reassembled it in the basement of another hospital.

He told me he just wanted to see if he could do it.

He was handcuffed.

I have 3 teenagers who constantly leave things in the wrong place lol. The question for me would be “What is the last thing you found in the right place”.

Me, in a nightclub populated by people half my age or younger.

My torso was on backwards… and then I realized it was just my shirt.

A rat in my kitchen. It was dying. It had been eating poison. But it still had to bumble through the kitchen in the middle of the evening with three of us sitting there. My wife was far from happy.

@wundayatta Be grateful it was only a rat. My neighbors had a giant rattlesnake in their kitchen last year where it had followed a mouse or rat ( they think is what happened ) up through a hole under their kitchen sink. It was peacefully resting on a throw rug under the counter. O.o

My keys, inside my locked apartment.

@wundayatta That’s scary!

I found a fruit fly in my orange juice this morning. The odd thing is, the bottle was sealed.

Hey, at least I know it was fresh!

Life in the big city, I guess. According to the exterminator, several neighbors also have rats. It’s an infestation. I wonder if we can get public health to start laying out poison again. They stopped doing it four years ago, and sure enough, back come the rats.

Important addendum to my previous post: it was a live fruit fly. Moving and everything.

I found a green bean in the lap drawer of my desk. Guilty—I ate dinner at my desk last night and had green beans.

Nerf darts in my Chritmas tree.
(I also found one in my underware once when I took them from the dryer.)

I made and assembled and rewrote my entire recipe book recently. I found this crazy jungle animal cover at a thrift store and bought it and was super stoked about using it as my recipe book so I finished making it and writing all the recipes and then it just disappeared. A roommate had moved out a week before I realized it was gone and I was positive they had accidentally taken it with them. I was so annoyed! Then, while painting my dresser last night, I moved it and realized the book was in between my bed/wall/dresser. Why. But I was so happy.

I found a piece of spinach in my wallet the other day too.

My Vintage Roo shoes have pockets on the sides of them. Can’t really fit much in these pockets, but I found a dollar in one of the pockets the other day. :D

@AshLeigh I used to have a green pair of Roos. Man they were awesome. Too bad I fucking sold them for no reason.

@deni Mine are green and purple! :D

Discover 2 cans of Coors Light (I don’t drink beer and I don’t have roommates) hidden under my bed where the dog likes to hide—I think Baxter has a problem :/
