What is the song that cuts off Golden Globe acceptance speeches?

I’m struggling to find the song, but if it’s unable to be found does anyone know any similar songs? Thanks

This one proved to be tougher than I thought. (probably why you have zero responses right now). I had to really dig into my Google shoes.

Anyway, still not exactly sure what the tune is, and I’ve never watched the Golden Globes, but here’s as close as I came for an answer for you… pretty good if I do say so myself:
