What is your opinion on the People v. Frimpong case?

You can read about some of it from here

I would recommend reading the “Investigative Failures” section as well. Just by reading that, why isn’t there some sort of fair trial at the very least.

Here is another link that goes straight to his funds campaign but explains his side of the story

I’ve been searching all over the internet for “Pro-Frimpong-In-Jail” Articles but haven’t found one. It seems that Santa Barbara really has a hold on him.

I have never heard of it, and it hasn’t made national news. So I have no opinion.

I did read what you linked to, and frankly, I’m not sure why it should reach any sort of national attention. It seems – just from reading these pages – that there was a crime committed, and that there is further reason to believe that they feel the right guy is in prison.

It’s also clear that there is disagreement – which is normal in a criminal case.

What’s your complaint? Due process? Racism? Overzealous prosecutor? Unfair judge?

This – from a basic reading – seems like any of a thousand cases that take place every month. What’s the angle?

The mods should put a block on the OP’s ability to post more (and more and more) questions until he comes back to this one and addresses the above post.

Wow. That was just a helluva deal. I wish I knew the motive behind it all. How could so many people, from the rape nurse who examined the girl, to the prosecution and even the defense screw up so badly?
