Who is the wost/best Batman villain?

I always liked Twoface and the Joker.

The Riddler was pretty okay.

The Penguin, however, is pretty lame.

I agree with the other two. Joker is definitely the best. I am really looking forward to watching the upcoming Batman movie with Heath Ledger playing the Joker, I am positive he will be BRILLIANT. According to the news, Heath got so into the role, that after the movie he was depressed and had to take medications. The end, as we all know, is very sad and hopefully this movie will pay a worthy tribute to his skills.

grim i agree 100% with the exception being batman.

To me, Poison Ivy is the greatest of all time with Joker being close behind her. Harley Quinn, Bane, Scarecrow and Catwoman are not far behind them. As for the worst, I never liked Rahs Al Guhl or Penguin too much. They both bored me to tears in comic form.
