Try google, we don’t help with homework except in a general way. It sounds like part of this assignment is to teach you how to find and use research materials.

Now if you had asked if specific site was a good source we would help with that.

Well, then please help in that way

You have to go first, @IheartMypuppy. Find an article. (HInt: go to one of the search engines such as Google or Bing. Type in “history of Chinese Acupunture” and start reading.).

I just tried it and got 4,180,000 hits. The first page of 10 links has exactly the information you are looking for.

Hit one: “Acupuncture: The History of Acupuncture in China”

“Acupuncture has a clearly recorded history of about 2000 years, but some authorities claim that it has been practiced in China for some 4000 years…”

How old are you?

I have an acupuncturist three doors up from my office. His clients swear by him. He’s in on Tuesday if you want me to ask him.

Another source of info is as @Adirondackwannabe mentioned is the acupuncturist themselves.

When I first started acupuncture I was nervous and scared I hate needles.. I asked her a lot of questions and she was very knowledgeable.

I am sure she had a stronghold of good books and references of the topic. She certainly was a wealth of information and enjoyed talking about it.

In fact I consider myself lucky to have had her. Also been hesitant to go to any one else sense then in case they weren’t as good.
