If you wear a woman's size L glove and have some extra right-handed ones, how about matching them with my collection of left-handed ones?

Asked by gailcalled (54644points) November 16th, 2013

Mine are all black leather. I have seven at present and not a single pair left. Where do they go? I suppose that since I am right-handed, I always take the right one off to do something, like pump gas, and then drop it

It’s a big mystery of life. Missing gloves, missing socks…there’s probably a Stephen King story about this.

People like to wear mismatched socks. Maybe you can start a new trend.

I like that your topics are missing letters too.

I have no problem with mismatched accessories. It’s the difficulty of wearing a left-handed glove on my right hand that defeats me.

Missing letters due to sloppiness nd nt subtlety.

I LOVE THIS QUESTION!!!

I save socks that are missing mates. After about a year I figure the mate is truly lost and they go in a pile for use as protective gear for cylindrical parts from the model shop.

@gailcalled Haha…just flip one inside out.

I thought about wearing one black sneaker and one white one for a few days to see if it might catch on. Then I realized that a bunch of high school kids would probably stop their car and beat the hell out of me, so I abandoned this idea.

Thus ending any other thought relative to trendsetting creativity…

@OneBadApple Haha, you’re not giving kids enough credit. Messed up fashion and trying new things out is something they do often.

The point being that THEY do it. Chances are if they see some old bastard trying to set trends, they will run over and disabuse him of that notion posthaste…
