How to avoid having to use the horizontal scroller to read the email?

Asked by flo (7527 points ) January 22nd, 2014

Normally if the email is long you use is the vertical scroller. But what if instead of needing to use the vertical scroller you need to use the horizontal one, because it is wide instead of long. It only happens with email from one sender. I’m not the sender or the reciepient so I don’t have any more detail.

Just shrink the font size on your screen by holding the “Ctrl” key on the keyboard and then scrolling the wheel up to zoom in (enlarge) and down to zoom out (shrink). This way you would be able to read the mail without using horizontal scroller. Hope this helps!

@Smitha I’m told “The font gets smaller but everthing else gets smaller too, so the problem remains.” Thanks for the suggestion.
