Yes I attempt to improve my situation, and then fail ;then move in with another parent, and then attempt to improve my life , and fail, and then move back with another parent, Then go to a group home or university, or homeless shelter. ect. and repeat.

No, but I think it would look something like this:

Lots of ups and downs.

There’s a whole lot of variables that could be considered. Interestingly, most of my relationships last about the same amount of time (11+ years). My income is fairly easy to graph (I look at my social security report when it comes – it’s funny to look back and imagine living on $6000 a year).

I have in a counselling course – It was quite traumatic when I realised how awful most of my life has been

In doing this patterns in ones life will emerge.

How does one do this exactly?

Draw a horizontal line and plot significant points of you life on it leaving space to add more seemingly insignificant events.
Eg. beginning with your birth ( in my case I was taken to an orphanage for three months until my mother recuperated) , then earliest memory event as a child , say 1st day at school etc , then carry on from there to later add people, events, etc that shaped your personality and character etc.
Read / view it then look for a pattern in ones life and from that one can almost predict an outcome or even change an outcome to the better.
Think of the old movie “Groundhog Day”( comedy) where the main character has to redo his day repeatidly until he got it correct.
