How Weight Loss Like?
this is difficult. When I was 125 pounds, I did not like anything and still active. So, now it will be a great achievement to get down to 135–140, I’ll try better. Just to get this excess weight and relieve a lot of pain seems like a dream to me – so I’ll keep it simple. ‘m Not looking muscular certain goals, but I’d be able to do 5 push-ups and pull-ups.
